Agreement and eligibility

By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Shipping & returns pages. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information. Flux Edition is operated by Grand Smooth Global LLC.

Independent retailer

Flux Edition is an independent retailer and is not an authorized retailer for every brand represented. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products. No brand affiliation or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.

Products and availability

We work to present product descriptions, colors, measurements, condition, imagery, prices, and availability accurately. Screens and photography may affect color. Inventory is limited, and adding an item to a bag does not reserve it. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or withdraw a product at any time.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, fraud, payment, shipping, or legal reasons and will refund any amount captured for a canceled order. Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable taxes and other charges are shown at checkout.

Payment services are provided by Shopify and participating payment processors. You authorize the applicable provider to charge the selected payment method and confirm that you are authorized to use it.

Shipping, returns, and risk

Available destinations, delivery estimates, signature requirements, return eligibility, exchanges, and refund timing are described on our Shipping & returns page. Carrier delays can occur outside our control. Please inspect an order promptly and contact Client Services about a delivery or product issue.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Do not interfere with security, checkout, accounts, networks, or another visitor's use of the site.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.
• Do not transmit malicious code, false information, or material that violates another person's rights.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on third parties including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and technology services. Links or integrations do not make us responsible for a third party's content, availability, security, or separate terms. Review their policies before using their services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Grand Smooth Global LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
